why modular is best
Modular construction is the process in which a building is constructed off-site within the compounds of an enclosed, controlled environment. It uses the same building codes and standards of a traditional build – but in up to half the time.
All our projects are designed to brief, budget and site constraints and are independently certified by a structural engineer. The buildings are produced in modules that when assembled on site, reflect the exact design intent as that of a traditional build.
There are three main reasons why we think modular is best.

Our factory-controlled process generates less waste, creates minimal site disturbances and allows for tighter construction. Waste is significantly reduced by recycling materials and controlling inventory. Building materials are protected from the elements avoiding high levels of moisture being trapped and compromising the integrity of the materials.

Our factory-controlled process allows quality control to be at a high level in both workmanship and materials providing a greater finish for our clients. The indoor construction environment also reduces the risk of work place accidents and related liabilities for workers.

Our factory-controlled process allows projects to be completed in about half the time of a traditional build as it mitigates the risk of weather delays and it also allows construction of the modular buildings to commence simultaneously with site works. Buildings are occupied sooner, creating a faster return on investment.
