I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work on a project with JMB Modular Buildings P/L, as we were re-developing our staff amenities, reception, and administration office at the new facility for our fruit packing operations in the original Ardmona Factory in Mooroopna.
I was exceptionally impressed with the level of professionalism, project management and quality of James workmanship. Seeing the steel framework manufactured on-site was a special treat for me. It was fascinating to watch the machinery pump out the trusses and studs!
We would definitely employ the services of JMB on any future projects for our business, and I would also have no hesitation in using James on any private building jobs I had personally!

We had the pleasure of having our new office constructed through JMB Modular Buildings headed by James Briggs.
Never having built a portable office before, we were quite apprehensive about the process. But thanks to James and his friendly team, things happened more easily than we could have ever imagined.
James provided weekly updates on the build including photographs and he also provided sound advice regarding aspects we were not familiar with.
Choosing to build a portable office was the most convenient path for us as this did not interrupt our office staff or current workspace.

JMB were the head builder we appointed to complete the building works for our new Derrimut Gym in Shepparton.

James has done an incredible job designing and building a luxury shipping container accommodation unit.
James took the time to show me around and explain everything that was included. Throughout the whole process James and Rachel patiently helped us work through the rules, regulations and applications for gaining approval to install the cabin at Cactus Country in Strathmerton. It is now finally installed and we couldn't be happier.

In the recent build of our large outdoor entertaining room friends recommended JMB Modular to do the job. This was a great tip as we found James unbelievably helpful, both with the building design and options of ways to achieve the outcome we wanted within our budget.
During construction their commitment to being there on time and keeping the project moving was beyond my expectations. Leaving us with far less inconvenience than I would have thought possible, also noted was their attention to keeping the site tidy. James and his team always made us feel like what we wanted was important, so nothing was too difficult for them.
The finished product was 10 times better than what I imagined from when we first began planning the project, and much of that was due to James' ideas which really enhanced the way it looks. I’m loving all the comments from friends remarking how well finished off the whole complex looks. Without James’ help and ideas I don’t think I would have ended up with something nearly as impressive.
Any future work I do, having experienced JMB once, I’ll automatically be calling on them again and am certainly recommending them to my friends.
