Kreskas Bros Transport wanted to add a second storey office space on top of their existing offices, that they had outgrown.
As a busy transport business their primary concern was having minimal disruption and downtime during construction.
Choosing a modular solution we were able to construct 4 office modules off site and crane into position, without shutting the office down at all. It also ensured that their existing offices and internal assets remained watertight and protected from all the elements.
These modules consist of 4 offices, storerooms, disabled compliant bathroom, boardroom with kitchenette, and a large balcony.

They are a growing business, and wanted a detached office module that could be moved to a different location if required in the future, allowing for expansion and flexibility in their business.
Constructed off site within 6 weeks, it was then craned into position with minimal site works required.
This module consists of 3 enclosed offices and a boardroom with kitchenette.
